Slow Cooked Pork Chop


  • Store the pork chop in the icebox
  • Slow thawing the meat until room temperature
  • Preheat the frying pan with medium-high heat
  • Cook the pork for 1 – 2 mins with 2 tablespoons of oil
  • Ready to serve

  • Please store the vacuumed sealed, marinated pork chop in the icebox
  • If you are planning to cook it for dinner, slow thawing the meat in the refrigerator in the morning.
    Take out the meat from the fridge, remove the package and leave it on a strainer for 30 mins to 1 hour, you want to cook the pork chop when it reaches room temperature.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of canola oil over medium-high heat until shimmering
  • Cook the pork chops in oil for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until you see the surface is golden brown. Remove from pan.
