Slow Cooked Half Chicken


  • Store the packaged chicken in the icebox
  • Slow thawing the meat until room temperature
  • Preheat the frying pan with medium-high heat
  • Cook the chicken for 1 – 2 mins with 2 tablespoons of oil
  • Ready to serve!
  • Add some Truffle Sauce on top of the skin and when the skin is golden brown and bake for 3 mins at 180 degrees

  • Please store the vacuumed sealed, marinated half chicken in the icebox
  • If you are planning to cook it for dinner, slow thawing the meat in the refrigerator in the morning.
    Take out the meat from the fridge, remove the package and leave it on a strainer for 30 mins to 1 hour, you want to cook the chicken when it reaches room temperature.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of canola oil over medium-high heat until shimmering
  • Cook the chicken in oil for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until you see the surface is golden brown. Remove from pan.
  • For Truffle Chicken, add a little bit of Truffle sauce on top of the skin and bake for 3 mins at 180 degrees.
